Screen printing cours. Erasmus+ project "Step by Step"
In January 2022, as part of the Erasmus+ project "Step by Step", we completed a three-day course on screen printing in Poland.
During the 3 day course, we learned the following practical steps for silk screen printing: preparing graphic projects for screen printing in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, preparing the screens and stencils, exposing screens, mixing colours, printing on paper A3, B2 and postcards, printing on cotton bags, printing on shirts, development of a stencil for silk-screen printing from a photo. Together with the teacher, we developed and produced sketches for screen printing with views of Narva and Estonian symbols.
At the end of the course, we received a detailed manual in PDF and practical information how to build your screen print workshop.
